Abundant in antioxidants, it has a bold and balanced green tea flavour, with subtle hints of smokiness, reminiscent of the pan firing process it undergoes in production.Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 70ºc–80ºc. Allow to infuse for 2–3 minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
