Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you made your purchase We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete exchange or refund.
In order for your item to be eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
